  3. Utah RLE Toolkit.  Conversion and manipulation package, similar to

  7. Fuzzy Pixmap Manipulation, by Michael Mauldin <mlm@nl.cs.cmu.edu>.
  8. Conversion and manipulation package, similar to PBMPLUS.  Available via
  9. FTP as nl.cs.cmu.edu:/usr/mlm/ftp/fbm.tar.Z and ucsd.edu: graphics/

  12. Img-whatnot, by Paul Raveling <raveling@venera.isi.edu>.  Reads and
  13. writes its own image format, displays on an X.V11 screen, and does some
  14. image manipulations.  Available via FTP as expo.lcs.mit.edu:contrib/
  15. Img.tar.Z, and venera.isi.edu:pub/Img.tar.Z along with a large
  16. collection of color images.

  18. Xim, by Philip R. Thompson.  Reads and writes its own image format,
  19. displays on an X.V11 screen, and does some image manipulations.

  23. formats and displays them on an X.V11 screen.  Available via FTP as

  28. portable library for reading and writing TIFF files, plus a few tools
  29. for manipulating them and reading other formats.  Available via FTP as
  30. okeeffe.berkeley.edu:pub/tiff.tar.Z.
